Please note that these charges cover not only the actual postage costs, but also the packaging and other associated costs (for example: we travel in excess of 1200 miles annually to the local post office!).

We are trying to keep our delivery charges as competitive as possible and will revise the charges at regular intervals to ensure good value for money for our customers.
We normally aim to ship all orders within 2 business days of order receipt.

We currently post 3 times a week (on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays). At exceptionally busy times, or if the item is out of stock, the processing of your order may take a little longer. In those cases we will advise you by email of the estimated shipping time.

Please note that postal times can be severely affected local and international events (like Postal Strikes) - these are out of our control and therefore we cannot advise on how long it will take to receive your order! (we do ship on the date that we confirm in our email to you).

Sadly we had to make the decision to stop accepting orders from the Republic of Ireland due to the ongoing problems with Irish customs post Brexit!! We have tried and tried to make it work, but to no avail.. We do apologise sincerely to our Irish customers and thank you for your support and understanding!!x

We reserve the right to refuse shipping goods to some countries if we deem it to be unsafe or questionable whether the customer will actually receive the goods (even if the country is listed in our shipping details). These decisions will be made on a case to case basis and we will inform you should your order be affected (and we will of course issue full refunds in those cases). In some exceptional cases when the postage paid by the customers does not cover the actual shipping costs (for example books to US or other overseas countries), we may contact the customer and ask for a small additional payment.

All United Kingdom orders are usually shipped via 1st class Royal Mail Postal Service. UK orders qualifying for ‘free shipping’ will be posted 1st class unless they are ‘parcels’ (in which case they will be posted 2nd class).

The postage payable for UK orders will be added to your bill at the checkout as follows:

Order Value £
under £15.00£2.80
£15.01-30.00£3.25
£30.01-40.00£3.95
£40.01-49.99£4.95
£50.00 and overFree

All orders to Mainland Europe and rest of the world are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard Service.
For some international orders a courier service may have to be used. This may incur higher shipping costs than quoted at the checkout. Should your order be affected we will be contacting you to discuss shipping costs before processing your order. We do not make money on the shipping costs and always try to offer the cheapest/safest way of delivery. Should the actual shipping costs be significantly less than you were charged then we may refund the difference (this is done entirely at our discretion!).
