Return and Refund Policy

We operate a refund policy that shall, at all times, be subject to our discretion.

However, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you are unhappy with the items received please get in touch so that we can resolve any issues you may have. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we are always happy to help. Please return the unused item to us within 14 days of receipt in the same condition (quantity and original packaging) in which you received the item. We will then refund you the sale price via the same payment method you used. Unfortunately we cannot refund your return packaging and postage costs.
